There are certain items that cannot be returned. These include The Adventure Box, The Adventure Guide, film, used items, and gift cards, which are all considered final sale items. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for products that are past their warranty, used products, International orders, Adventure Box Subscriptions, some specific product names, or film. These exclusions are clearly noted on our Help and FAQ pages which can be accessed online.
