What is your policy for missing items from an order?Updated 6 months ago

If your order arrives and it's not complete, or items are missing, we are here to help. Kindly take a picture of the products you received and let us know what is missing. We will use this information to file a claim and ensure that you receive the missing items as soon as possible. Do confirm the correct address for the reshipment to prevent any further mishaps.

For missing items from your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery. Our policy stipulates that any claims for lost or unreceived items must be filed within this time frame. Unfortunately, if a longer period has passed since the order was marked as completed or delivered, we are unable to file a claim or replace the missing product. Timely communication is essential for us to assist you effectively.
